2. Place the belt upright
See as pictured
3. Place the lever guard and screws over these holes
Follow the curve on the inside!
4. Point the lever to the end of the belt and screw it in tight!
Tip: Halfway screw both first before fully tightening
5. Try it on! Adjust if needed
You should be able to take a FULL breath with your belt on.
After that - you're ready to lift!

When you purchase, simply add your waist size in the notes section of the 'Add to Cart' Page, and we'll size it up 🤗
How do I know it’s the right size in 3 easy checks?
- It is tight and doesn’t hurt when the lever is engaged
- It is tight but you can still breathe a full breath of air
- It feels like you can take on world 😤
How to properly use a belt?
Let’s keep it simple!
- With the lever belt engaged and tight around you,
- Breathe in a full breath of air through your nose and into the stomach - expanding your stomach against the belt
- Hold this full breath and brace your core
- Perform your lift
Since the belt is tight, your expanding stomach makes the belt PUSH BACK into you
This is called intra-abdominal pressure (IAP)
IAP helps increase your trunk stiffness and stability, boosting you through your BIG lifts
